A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Cindy Terrazas has built an impressive career in the Mortgage industry over the past 25 years. Her dedication and expertise in various roles within the field make her a valuable asset to our team. With six years as a Client Concierge, Cindy specializes in communicating with borrowers to set clear expectations for the loan processing journey. She also ensures all parties involved, including borrowers and realtors, stay informed throughout the process up to the funding stage. In her role as the Client Concierge, she orchestrates interactions between borrowers, lenders, escrow, and agents to facilitate successful loan fundings.

Cindy’s journey in the industry began with diverse experiences, including listing and selling properties and originating and processing loans. In 2005, she founded The Processing Center, a contract processing company, before moving on to process loans for a large Mortgage Banker in 2010.

Outside of her professional life, Cindy is a devoted Classic Movie buff and an “I Love Lucy” aficionado, reflecting her love for vintage entertainment. She also embraces her Scottish heritage as a member of Clan Makenzie, showing a deep appreciation for the culture through activities like attending the Highland Games in the summer and enjoying traditional pipe and drum music. Of course, no celebration of Scottish heritage is complete without a “wee dram.”
