Meet Our Team

Cindy Terrazas, six years as the Client Concierge, she communicates with our Borrowers to set expectations of the loan processing experience. She also provides updates through funding to both Borrowers and Realtors. As the Closing & Funding Manager, she interacts with all parties; Borrowers, Lenders, Escrow, and Agents to facilitate successful loan fundings.

In the Real Estate and Mortgage industry for 25 years, Cindy has listed and sold property, originated and processed loans. She opened The Processing Center in 2005, a contract processing company before moving on to process loans for a large Mortgage Banker in 2010.

When not at work, Cindy is a Classic Movie buff, and I Love Lucy aficionado, and a Scottish lass. Being a member of Clan MacKenzie, she enjoys the Highland Games in the summer, pipe and drum music, and of course, a wee dram.

Cindy always says that looking back on her employment career, God saved the best for last.
