A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Chris’s journey in the mortgage industry began in 2017 when he started as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Quicken Loans. His career quickly gained momentum, and he rose to become the number 1 Loan Originator on the West Coast at Quicken Loans. His remarkable achievements were recognized with the prestigious Jay Farner’s Founders Club Award, which is presented to the top Loan Originator in the country.

Chris’s strong work ethic and commitment to his clients can be traced back to his upbringing. Raised by a single mother who worked multiple jobs, he witnessed firsthand the value of hard work and was inspired to bring the same level of dedication to taking care of his clients, treating them as if they were family.

As a former Division 1 College Athlete, Chris understands the importance of teamwork. He applies this ethos not only to his clients but also to the realtors he collaborates with. Their goals become his goals, and he emphasizes proactive communication throughout the loan process. This commitment to exceptional service has contributed to Modern Lending’s outstanding reputation, with over 1000 5-star reviews in the last 24 months.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys socializing at whiskey-tasting events and concerts with friends. He also relishes the simple pleasures of life, like spending time with his dog by the pool during cocktail hour.
